I understand that any mechanical system may fail to release under certain circumstances and that no equipment constitutes an absolute guarantee against injury or death.

Accordingly, I release Domaine du Ski Mont-Bruno Inc. and its employees from any and all liability for material or bodily damage caused to me or to third parties due to error, negligence, or equipment adjustment performed by authorized personnel, resulting from my use of the rented equipment. ACCEPTANCE OF RISKS

Within the context of ski and snowboard lessons provided by the Snow School of Domaine du Ski Mont-Bruno Inc., as a parent, guardian, responsible party, or participant, I acknowledge and accept the following terms:

1. ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF RISKS

Skiing and snowboarding involve inherent risks, regardless of the level of supervision by the instructor or the participant’s skill level. I acknowledge and accept these risks.

2. STUDENT RESPONSIBILITY

The student is responsible for following instructions and applying the teachings provided by the assigned instructor. The student must also comply with signage, rules, and the mountain’s code of conduct, and act in a safe manner.

3. PARENT / GUARDIAN / RESPONSIBLE PARTY OR PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITY

  • Helmet use is recommended by the Snow School of Domaine du Ski Mont-Bruno Inc.

  • Helmet use is mandatory for any lesson given by Ski Saint-Bruno Snow School in snow parks

  • Disclose to the Snow School and the assigned instructor any pre-existing medical condition that may affect participation or increase inherent risks

4. SUPERVISION

I acknowledge that skiing and snowboarding take place over a large area, which may result in the instructor not being in close proximity to the student(s) at all times, including continuous visual contact.

Group Lessons:
I acknowledge that in group lessons, the instructor’s attention is divided among students and may not be focused on a single student at all times.

For students aged 8 and older, I acknowledge that in group lessons, the student may use chairlifts without an instructor riding on the same chair.

I agree to perform a reconnaissance run during each visit and to attempt features and jumps progressively, according to my personal skill level and experience.
