Where to get tickets

FALL COLOURS TICKETS

1. Have your purchase confirmation and electronic tickets on hand.* You should receive your electronic tickets within a few minutes of your purchase via a separate email. If you do not receive them, please present this purchase confirmation at the ticket office.
2. Present your purchase confirmation or tickets at the reception tent to receive your access to the Colours Festival.

HIKING

1. Have your purchase confirmation and electronic tickets on hand.* You should receive your electronic tickets within a few minutes of your purchase via a separate email. If you do not receive them, please present this purchase confirmation at the ticket office.
2. Go to the electronic terminals in the main chalet to print your access ticket.
