• A ticket never includes an equipment rental (please check your purchase). Without equipment reservation, we cannot ensure the availability of equipment during your visit and your ticket will be non-exchangeable, non-moneyable, non-refundable.
• Your purchase is only valid on the day you have previously selected.
• If you have booked an equipment rental, please respect the pick-up time, otherwise we may cancel your rental if you are late. Plan to arrive 30 minutes early at the station.

Where to get tickets

TICKETS

Present your ticket at the ticket office or at the terminals located in the main chalet. Have your purchase confirmation and electronic tickets with you.

RENTALS + TICKETS

Spot the SKIGO / SNOGO illuminated signage to access the rental center.

Have your purchase confirmation and electronic tickets with you.

*You should receive your electronic tickets a few minutes after your purchase confirmation. If you don't receive it, please show your purchase confirmation instead at the ticket office.
